Returns and Cancellation Policy


Important Note

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. The item must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
  3. The product must not show any signs of damage caused by improper handling and should reflect normal use.
  4. Hygiene-related items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  5. If the product is defective upon receipt, it qualifies for a return.
  6. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
  7. Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be acknowledged within this time.

Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear used or damaged due to reasons outside our control.


How to Initiate a Return

If your return meets the above conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Send an email to info@windsor-boutique.com with the following details:

    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • A photo of the product (if defective or damaged)
    • Your full name
    • Your address
  2. Receive Return Instructions
    Once we review your request, we will provide the correct return address.
    Important: Do not send returns to the sender’s address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your shipment, provided:

  • You are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for non-commercial purposes.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Once you receive the goods, you may initiate a return.


How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel, please notify us via email with a clear statement indicating your intention to withdraw from the contract. Upon receiving the returned goods, your cancellation will be finalized.


Shipments in Transit

As our products ship from Asia, transit times may vary. If your order is already in transit, cancellation cannot be processed until the goods are delivered. Please notify us of your intent to cancel and initiate the return process once you receive the order. For faster processing, send us the shipping confirmation once you’ve shipped the return.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the order, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs or any additional charges for non-standard shipping methods. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation request and the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
